1. Acceptance

By using magitechfrontier.com or The Harbormaster, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account security. Do not share credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not: use bots or automation, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, harass other users, impersonate others, or attempt to access systems without authorization.

5. Virtual Goods

All purchases (subscriptions, cosmetics, season passes) are license grants, not ownership transfers. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be traded for real currency.

6. Refunds

Subscriptions: prorated refund for unused time within 30 days. Season passes: non-refundable after claiming more than 50% of rewards. Contact [email protected].

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may delete your account at any time via account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages beyond the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
